CUSTOMER SERVICE INBOUND MANAGEMENT:
This includes emails and calls from customers about products or order information.

This includes reaching out to customers pre-emptively advising them of changes to their orders or promotions.
We handle phone calls from customers trying to buy Amazon items and process orders off the site to prevent the seller from getting a transaction charge from Amazon. We also upsell and get customers to buy other items and even pay more than the site listed price for an item.
SELLER FEEDBACK AND PRODUCT REVIEW MANAGEMENT:
We reach out to both Amazon and customers to remove negative seller/product feedback as well as get them to add positive product reviews. These services are done within Amazon guidelines.
LISTING MANAGEMENT/COMPETITOR REPORT:
We manage seller listings and constantly review seller product pages and update them with new product information based on trends. We also scan Amazon on a daily basis to identify sellers that use our client's product images or sell their products without consent.
CHARGEBACK/A TO Z CLAIMS/RETURNS REQUEST MANAGEMENT:
We monitor the claims inboxes daily to address any customer discrepancy and close them in our clients' favor where possible. We also manage customer Return Label requests to ensure that they are in policy and our clients don't end up paying for labels that the customers should pay for depending on the scenario. We also try to prevent returns and try to first resolve the issue with the customer.
We process drop shipments for our clients, ensuring that where possible their customers still get items delivered when out of stock (often times to a lowered cost to our clients)
SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE REPORTING:
One of the key things we do for our clients is to collate detailed reports based on data collected about customer issues and sales numbers on Amazon. Clients get an opportunity to see a direct correlation between sales and issues that they may need to resolve and put in a better position to proactively address possible major issues in their infancy.
